I’m asking for your vote on Saturday, October 17, 2026, to bring a strong, independent voice to Richmond City Council — one focused on representing the people of Richmond.

I’m proud to be running with RITE Richmond, a team committed to bringing together independent candidates who put residents first, value transparency, and believe in practical solutions for our city.

While RITE provides a shared commitment to better governance, each of us remains an independent voice for our community. As a councillor, I will always focus on what is best for all Richmond residents, not political ideologies or special interests.

My priorities include ensuring the City applies smart growth principles, keeping residential taxes reasonable, strengthening collaboration with community organizations and local businesses, protecting our environment, and improving the integration of transportation across Richmond.

I've been an active resident of Richmond for almost 30 years and have seen many changes in our community. I understand the issues, the organizations and the people along with the challenges a growing city brings.

 

As a long-time community volunteer, I appreciate the diversity of our community, culture and dedication of so many residents who work and volunteer to make our city even better. I've met many of you during my 2022 campaign for city council, 9 years with the City's Emergency Programs and 4 years with the Economic Advisory Committee.

 

My professional leadership experience has provided an excellent background in understanding large organizations like the City of Richmond and where to focus for improvements. I'm currently working as a business consultant and look forward to using my experience to benefit the City.

 

Richmond is a wonderful community and with my leadership, professional experience, and connection to the people, I will ensure a high level of collaboration on city council so your needs and views are represented to build a brighter future for Richmond that all residents can be proud of.
